Pat Carapiet has been selling real estate in San Francisco since 1986. Like her personality, Pat’s approach to real estate is honest and straightforward. “I believe in personal service. I look out for my clients’ interests and will advise them accordingly, based on what is best for them. Their best interests are my foremost concern. Selling real estate is all about the client."

An alumna of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Pat pursued her marketing career at Pacific Bell and Delta Airlines. Currently living in Marin, this Midwestern native remains deeply committed to family and community affairs. She has two grown children.

Pat remains proactive in volunteering with community-based projects and local government: Current City of Belvedere Councilmember, 10 years on the Belvedere Planning Commission, including 3 years as Chair; Past President of the Belvedere Community Foundation; Board Member of the Belvedere Sailing Society, including 9 years as Commodore; and 6 years on the Belvedere Lagoon Property Owners Association, including serving as President.

Professional affiliations include the San Francisco Association of Realtors, Affiliate of the Marin Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and Bay Counties Real Estate Information (formerly MLS).
